The P&D concept was different and intriguing to chefs during that time. We used to knock on the back doors of restaurants. Introducing our personalized seafood products direct to executive chefs on Sunset and Santa Monica Blvd. P&D stood out in the industry as a company that provided individualized service, customization, quality, and competitive pricing. Within a few months P&D became widely known across restaurants in Los Angeles.
